Kocok bahan A sampai mengembang dan tidak menetes&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2. Pindahkan adonan A ketempat yg lebih besar &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;. Masukan bahan B dengan cara diayak sedikit demi sedikit, aduk balik....biar rata&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4. Terakhir, masukan bahan C sambil disendoki....lalu aduk rata...cairan coklatnya sampe nyatu ke adonan yah&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;5. Siapkan loyang tulban yang sudah diberi olesan margarine dan diberi kertas roti&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;6. tuang adonan ke loyang. Balikan loyang, menjadi bagian bawah ada diatas&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2. Simpan kertas roti diatasnya, lalu sisir sisi2nya dengan pisau hingga si kertas teriris....&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3. Lipas kertas menjadi 2, lipat lagi, lipat lagi, hingga membentuk jari2....meruncing seperti gambar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4. Ukurkan kertas yg sudah dilipat, mulai dari sisinya sampai lobang loyangnya&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;5. tandai sikertas lipat, lalu gunting bagian yg runcingnya, nanti akan menyerupai bentuk donat&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;6. Campur semua bahan kering ( kecuali garam ) menjadi satu lalu aduk sampai merata.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukan kuning telur satu mersatu sambil diuleni ( dimixer )&lt;br /&gt;3. Tuangkan air sedikit - sedikit sampai habis&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukan margarin aduk lagi ( dimixer )&lt;br /&gt;5. Masukan garam lalu uleni ( dimixer ) sampai kalis kurang lebih selama 20 menit.&lt;br /&gt;6 Diamkan selama 20 menit.&lt;br /&gt;7. dapur yg kasar &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;40gr sagu&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 liter air mendidih dalam panci&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;cara membuat :&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Potong2 daging menjadi ukuran kecil2, lalu blender daging dan es batu bersamaan hingga halus.Beri garam, lalu blender lagi. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Masukan tepung sagu, aduk rata&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Siapkan air mendidih dalam panci (tidak boleh diatas kompor yah)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;lalu bentu bakso seperti step2 saya diatas , masukan ke dalam air mendidih itu....biarkan hingga mengapungdan berubah warna...setelah jadi semua....rebus kembali bakso diatas kompor hingga dirasa cukup matang.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; kali, akhirnya tau juga posisi di kokohnya itu dimana....hehehe&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;kebetulan saya memakai WhipCream merk Rich (non dairy)...&lt;br /&gt;saya terus pakai merk ini&lt;br /&gt;bukan berarti merk2 lain tidak bagus...bukan, tapi pernah nyoba2 merk lain....&lt;br /&gt;ternyata terlalu lembut dan kurang kokoh untuk delivery jauh dan waktu yg agak lama disuhu ruang...&lt;br /&gt;maklum delivery saya rada jauh2 nih....makanya cari yg aman aja hehehehe....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;akhirnya yah pakai si Rich ini aja deh....rasany enak sih..mirip2 ice cream deh...&lt;br /&gt;untuk BDCK anak2...rata2 banyak yang suka didekor pakai WhipCream saja...&lt;br /&gt;kalo mau punya rasa yang berbeda.......bisa ditambahkan vanila cair dikiit aja...&lt;br /&gt;bisa rasa mint....strawberry atau yg lain misalnya  pasta pandan dikiit aja...udah wangiii...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tips mengocok WhipCream agar kokohnya pas :J&lt;br /&gt;angan pakai speed 1....karena naiknya lama dan cepat cair kena suhu ruangJ&lt;br /&gt;angan pakai speed 3....karena akan meneambang, tapi agak cair juga karena posisi adona kokohnya terlewat&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;kebetulan saya pake mixer bosch...jadi tinggal di kocok pada speed 2...s&lt;br /&gt;aya tidak menghitung waktu...karena pemakaian whipcreamnya beda2...kadang banyak, kadang sedkit...&lt;br /&gt;jangan lupa...waktu lagi ngocok...jangan ditinggal yah....ini bukan ngocok BC....hehehe&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;posisi kokoh :&lt;br /&gt;pas si adonan sudah mulai naik dan berputarnya seperti adonannya terbawa2 (heheh susah ngomongnya)&lt;br /&gt;pokoknya adonannya sudah ngga diem ditempat, maksudnya... ikut muter&lt;br /&gt;tapi adonanya segeplok2 diwisk mixernya....nah itu artinya kokohnya udah pas...&lt;br /&gt;kelamaan juga ngga bisa, nanti agak cair lagi...&lt;br /&gt;segera masukan ke lemari es, gunakan sebagian2...maksudnya, adonan sisanya tetep dikulkas... makanya ngga cair...aman.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;kalo pakai mixer philip biasa, adonannya dimixer agak lama....&lt;br /&gt;dan saya pakai baskom sendiridan baskomnya yg diputar,&lt;br /&gt;bukan mixernya yg menari2 kesana kesini...hehehe&lt;br /&gt;jadi mixer diam, baskom yg kita putar....kurleb 7-8 menit...aga lama dari bosch&lt;br /&gt;pas tau mengembangnya, baskom yg diputar itu akan membentuk adonan pita kincir berputar yg kokoh...membentuk bunga&lt;br /&gt;(hehehe...kalo udah dicoba pasti ketemu deh sama sibunga ini)&lt;br /&gt;sama, setelah mengembang simpan di lemari es&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;hehehe Cooking Chocolate)             240 gr&lt;br /&gt;Australian Butter                                    240 gr&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan B :&lt;br /&gt;Gula Halus                                150gr&lt;br /&gt;Telur antero                              2 butir&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan C : dikocok sampe pucet aja&lt;br /&gt;Telur 1 butir&lt;br /&gt;Gula halus 100 gr&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan C:&lt;br /&gt;Tepung Terigu Kunci Biru         480gr&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pelengkap :&lt;br /&gt;Kacang Mete cincang / slice almond      50gr&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;br /&gt;1. Cairkan bahan A jadi satu, lalu sisihkan (dinginkan suhu ruang)&lt;br /&gt;2. Kocok bahan B sampai rata (tidak harus mengembang&lt;br /&gt;3. Campur jadi satu bahan A, B dan C lalu aduk rata dengan wisk&lt;br /&gt;4. Tambahkan cincangan kacang mete atau almond&lt;br /&gt;5. Tuang ke dalam loyang ukuran 30 x 30 cm yg sudah dialasi kertas roti&lt;br /&gt;6. Ratakan permukaan adonan, lau taburi lagi atasnya dengan slide almond&lt;br /&gt;7. Trus  potong2 ukuran 2 x 5cm sebelum dipanggang&lt;br /&gt;8. (tuh pak Sahak aje ampe garuk2 kepala....kekeke...!!)&lt;br /&gt;Kalo ini cake layer mini dalam mika. Rasanya maknyoos juga....es cream kalah deh...hehhehe&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan A :&lt;br /&gt;Cetakan mini mika diameter 7 cm, diberi alas, kurleb 20 buah&lt;br /&gt;Sponge cake coklat ukuran 30 x 40 sebanyak jumlah mika, dicetak dengan mika mini ini. Cara sama dengan BENIOT.&lt;br /&gt;Jadinya sponge nya kecil2...Lalu langsung masukan ke dalam mikanya sebagai alas/dasar. Sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan B :&lt;br /&gt;Coklat drak easy melt (merk tulip) 250 gr&lt;br /&gt;Kuning telur 5 butir&lt;br /&gt;Putih telur 2 butir&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dimasak sampe mendidih :&lt;br /&gt;Gula Pasir 50 gr&lt;br /&gt;Air 50 gr&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dikocok sampe kaku dan simpan di kulkas :&lt;br /&gt;Whipcream 300 gr&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dicairkan dengan air 50 gr&lt;br /&gt;Gelatin lembaran 2 lembar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CARA MEMBUAT : &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Lelehkan dark easy melt dengan cara au ben mary. Alias di tim, gitu...Angkat, sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Kocok gula, kuning dan putih telur sampai naik, lalu masukan air gula panasnya. Jangan lupa dipancing dulu 1 sendok..&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukan coklat lelehnya, aduk rata&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukan gelatin, aduk rata, terakhir masukan whipcream kaku nya...aduk rata&lt;br /&gt;5. Tuang kedalam mika mini yang sudah diisi sponge cake nya. Jika suka berlapis, caranya tetep sama seperti cara BENIOT.&lt;br /&gt;Tapi jika tidak belapis, adonan agak dibanyakin. Lalu masukan ke freezer kurleb 1 jam.&lt;br /&gt;6. Setelah 1 jam, keluarkan adri freezer. Siram atasnya dengan toping coklat mirror. Masukan freezer lagi 1jam.&lt;br /&gt;7. Keluarkan, lalu hias dengan whipcream dan coklat keping, kalo suka ditambah strawberry..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jadi deh..... masukan ke freezer, sajikan kapan pun, karena ini kan pakai mika masing2.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tambahan nenis. :&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat keping coklat, masukan coklat DCC yang sudah ditim kedalam plastik segitiga. Gunting ujung nya sedikti aja.&lt;br /&gt;Lalu cetak ditas mika atau tatakan kue. Masukan freezer. (cara membuat lihat di resep BENOIT)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan B :&lt;br /&gt;Coklat blok master/milk atau Coklat easy melt         350 gr&lt;br /&gt;Butter unsalted                                                        200 gr&lt;br /&gt;Fresh Cream                                                           65 gr&lt;br /&gt;Selai Blueberry                                                        100 gr&lt;br /&gt;Selai Kacang                                                           100 gr&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dikocok sampe kaku :&lt;br /&gt;Fresh Cream           300 gr&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Di lumerkan dan di tim dengan air kurleb 50gr :&lt;br /&gt;Gelatine lembaran   2 lembar (atau bubuk 3 gr)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;CARA MEMBUAT :&lt;br /&gt;1.        Campur coklat, butter &amp;amp; fresh cream, lalu dimasak sampai larut. Angkat, lalu angin2kan&lt;br /&gt;           sampai dingin.&lt;br /&gt;2.        Masukan selai Blueberry dan selai kacang lalu aduk sampai rata.&lt;br /&gt;3.        Tuangkan fresh cream kaku, sambil disendoki.....&lt;br /&gt;4.        Masukan gelatin cairnya.&lt;br /&gt;5.        Siapkan mika nya, masukan lembaran sponge pertama, tuangkan adonan diatasnya,&lt;br /&gt;           begitu selang seling (sama dengan BENOIT)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lalu masukan ke frezeer kurleb 1 jam, keluarkan siram atasnya dengan toping coklat mirror. Masukan freezer lagi. Dinginkan kurleb 1 - 2 jam. Keluarkan, hias atasnya sesuai selera. Masak fresh cream + coklat easy melt sampai mencair lalu aduk rata. Sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Kocok butter sampai pucat, lalu masukan coklat bubuk, aduk rata. Sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;3. Kuning telur dikocok, lalu dimasukan ke dalam air gula mendidih/panas2. Jangan lupa di pancing dulu.&lt;br /&gt;Kocok terus hingga naik.&lt;br /&gt;4. Lalu campur semua bahan ( bahan C + bahan B) aduk hingga rata&lt;br /&gt;5. Susun 1 lembar sponge sebagai dasar cake. Lalu tuangi adonan sampai tinggi nya kurleb&lt;br /&gt;1,5 cm – 2 cm (terlihat dari sisi mika)&lt;br /&gt;Jangan lupa bawahnya diberi tatakan cake.&lt;br /&gt;7. Tumpuk lagi dengan 1 lembar sponge cake. Tekan perlahan agar terlihat rata.&lt;br /&gt;8. Tuangi lagi adonan nya...lalu tutup dengan sponge ke 3 (terakhir).....lalu tutup dengan adonan paling atas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lalu masukan ke dalam lemari es, kurleb 1 jam. Keluarkan. Lalu atasnya dilapisi toping coklat miror. Jangan terlalu tebal. Asal menutupnya rata. Masukan ke dalan freezer lagi. Kurleb 1 jam.&lt;br /&gt;Setelah 1 jam, keluarkan dari freezer, lalu buka mikanya. Maka tampilannya layernya akan cantik seperti ini.&lt;br /&gt;Beri hiasan atasnya. Jangan lupa beri batas untuk mempermudah memotong sama besar. Masukan bahan B kedalan bahan A sedikit demi sedikit, aduk putar balik.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukan bahan C sedikit demi sedikit, lalu aduk putar balik juga&lt;br /&gt;3. Tuang kedalam loyang yg sudah dilapisi kertas roti. (loyang uk. 30 x 40 x 3 cm) atau (loyang 30 x 30 sebanyak 2 buah)&lt;br /&gt;4. Panggang dengan api 160 derajat selama kurleb 25 menit (api 160, artinya api sedang...)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TOPING COKLAT MIRROR&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;Gula pasir                                50 gr&lt;br /&gt;Air                           50 gr       &lt;br /&gt;Fresh cream            40 gr&lt;br /&gt;Coklat bubuk            25 gr (diayak)&lt;br /&gt;Gelatine lembar       2 lembar (beri air es, remas2, lalu ditim dengan air 50 gr)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;br /&gt;1.        Masak gula dan air sampai mendidih, sisihkan&lt;br /&gt;2.        Masak fresh cream dan coklat bubuk hingga larut, sisihkan&lt;br /&gt;3.        Campur dari kedua bahan diatas dan gelatine jadi satu, lalu aduk sampai rata&lt;br /&gt;4.
